COVID-19 appointment policy

Please include in your booking a request for a Telehealth Video Call consultation if you are unwell, for example if you have a fever, cough, sore throat or runny nose


Please switch your Face-to-Face appointment to a Telehealth Video Call appointment if you become unwell between making and attending your scheduled appointment. Please request this by email.


This helps to protect me, my colleagues, and others attending the premises at Village Hub!

Please sign the 'authorisation to send medical record form' and email to the GP you have been seeing; this ensures we will have your full record to work with going forward. 


Please note the record sent to me will be a COPY only and your record will remain at theother practice so that you can attend there in the future.

Vaccine update... free 75yo+RSV vaccines coming!

Hi everyone

Thanks to those of you who attended our recent flu vaccine clinics, we've still got plenty in stock and Kate is still happily vaccinating anyone who wishes to have one (and checking that all other vaccines are up-to-date too)!!

Don't forget you can also be vaccinated at any pharmacy.

You might also have heard the announcement about government-funded RSV vaccines for everyone 75 and older starting mid-May.

More news about that and how we'll be rolling that out at the practice to come...
