COVID-19 appointment policy

Please include in your booking a request for a Telehealth Video Call consultation if you are unwell, for example if you have a fever, cough, sore throat or runny nose


Please switch your Face-to-Face appointment to a Telehealth Video Call appointment if you become unwell between making and attending your scheduled appointment. Please request this by email.


This helps to protect me, my colleagues, and others attending the premises at Village Hub!

Please sign the 'authorisation to send medical record form' and email to the GP you have been seeing; this ensures we will have your full record to work with going forward. 


Please note the record sent to me will be a COPY only and your record will remain at theother practice so that you can attend there in the future.

Flu vaccines and appointment update

We've received our first delivery of flu vaccines and as well as taking the opportunity to vaccinate during scheduled appointments, we also still have a few appointments in our two dedicated flu vaccine clinics on Thursday April 24th 12-4pm and Thursday May 1st 8.30am-12.30pm

Please be in touch with Billie to arrange your time slot!

Sadly there are no more routine appointments available before Kate goes on her holiday on May 9th. She will do her best to attend to your requests before then and a small number of emergency appointments will still be available as usual.  Thankyou for your patience.
