Please switch your Face-to-Face appointment to a Telehealth Video Call appointment if you become unwell between making and attending your scheduled appointment. Please request this by email.

I have had a report this week from a patient who received a text message overnight after their appointment with me, purportedly from Medicare or MyGov:
"You have a refund due to an overcharge from your latest medical appointment, claim it before 30/09/2025 at : "

Please do NOT click on the link should you receive a similar message. I have reported the scam to Services Australia and will advise the outcome in due course.
